RSpec  is probably the most user friendly, particularly for a beginner, though it is not free once  the trial has expired.

 

Visual Spec is a free alternative and is the original program that RSpec was loosely based on. I used it when I was developing the star analyser, though it is not that stable and tends to crash from time to time

ISIS is free and very capable and I use it for all my spectroscopy data reduction now but it is difficult for beginners
