VeraLux HyperMetric Stretch — v1.5 for Siril is out
https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10236482419534787&set=pcb.1617745742726576This update is not about new tricks or visual shortcuts.
It’s about clarifying the engine and pushing it where it really belongs.
• Ready-to-Use is now more robust and consistent on high-dynamic data
• Scientific mode gained Linear Expansion: a fully linear, transparent control to explicitly rebalance dynamic range, with full diagnostic feedback
• Improved diagnostics: data behavior is now more clearly exposed, not hidden behind UI interactions
Same philosophy as always:
one engine, vector-preserving color, no silent decisions.
v1.5 doesn’t try to look smarter. It just makes the math more explicit.
And that’s exactly the point.
Happy stretching and clear skies!
