What to do:

5.         Click the Licenses & Activations icon.

astronomy tools 下載後解壓縮放到
c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Presets\Actions

再進入 photoshop 就可以在 action 中使用

To install the Astronomy Tools actions into your copy of Photoshop:

    Save the Astronomy Tools xxxxx.atn files to your hard drive.
    Note:  I recommend creating a special folder just for your
    collection  of actions, separate from those in the Program
    FilesPhotoshop... area.  This will avoid loss of the actions
    files in the future if you upgrade your Photoshop version.

    Next, click on the (>) at the upper-right of the Actions
    palette, then load the actions from the .atn file via the
    "Load Actions" menu.

    Depending on which version of Photoshop you have, load this
    actions file:

        If you have:            Load this file:
        -----------------       -------------------------------
        Photoshop CS2 thru CS5: Astronomy Tools v1_6.atn
        Photoshop CS:           Astronomy Tools v1_6 PS CS.atn
        Photoshop 6 or 7:       Astronomy Tools v1_6 PS 6-7.atn

    Note:  Newly loaded actions will appear at the bottom of the
    Actions palette.

新安裝的 action會在列表的底下。
見晴兄是否執行了下列動作：
1. 點「動作」那頁右上角小小的倒三角形，然後
2. 選取「載入動作...」，然後
3. 在跳出的對話框中去點選Astronomy tools v1＿6.atn 那個檔案

 如此應能完成載入這一系列動作的程序。

我在mac 下點選.atn 檔，按右鍵 用 photoshop 執行

就出現了
