OK, what am I missing? I am trying to transfer files from the Seestar S50 to my Windows laptop via WiFi. Seestar is in Station mode and connected to the same WiFi network as the laptop. I can connect to and control the Seestar from the IOS app no problem.
If I enter "\\seestar" in file manager, it pops up a window with the correct Seestar name and asks for the password. I enter the seestar password and the login window login window disappears and then re-appears. Nothing else happens. Under the password field, there is a message in yellow something to the effect that "you can't access this shared folder because your organization's security policies block unauthenticated guest access."

If I use GPEDIT to set "enable insecure guest logins" to ENABLED and then enter "\\seestar" in file manager, it simply says it can't access \\seestar without showing the login popup.
If I enter the seestar IP (verified to be correct) in file manager, it tries to open the browser download process and says it can't download.

(1) Turn on Station Mode using the phone app. I selected the 5GHz. Note, my router provides both 2.4 and 5.0 Ghz bands using the same name.
(2) Open Nemo (the Linux equivalent to MS File Explorer).
(3) Click on the Network icon found in the left pane.
(4) Double click the Seestar folder that's shown. Obviously the router found the Seestar wirelessly.
(5) Click on the EMMC Images folder and cut, copy and paste them anywhere on the computer.
I did not try other procedures or experiment with the details. Hopefully this will help if you are having problems down the road and may decide it's time to try Linux.
