My magnitude estimate was 11.0. I was using a 37-cm scope at the time. https://www.tam.museum/astronomy/forecast_detail.php?lang=tw&id=193 位在仙女座，鄰近M31仙女座星系附近，日落入夜後在東北方仰角約40度高之處，隨時間逐漸西移，約在21:47過中天，直到凌晨3:10從西北方沈入地平，所以入夜後到午夜前後的觀測條件最好。不過它的亮度預估僅有11.4等，但目前（25018/10/22）觀測到的彗星亮度較原本預估的還高1個星等，有彗星專家則估計可達9-10等，必須使用口徑10-15公分以上的望遠鏡才比較容易觀察到它。 (http://www.tam.museum/astronomy/htmlFiles/images/201811042100-64P-position.png) Denis Kan https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1911309335656696&set=a.103821636405484&type=3&theater |
