 Big Freeze =熱寂Heat death of the universe  是猜想宇宙終極命運的一種假說
The third theory states that the Universe could end due to a Big Freeze. Also somewhat conversely called 'Heat Death'





大擠壓Big Crunch  亦稱大崩墜，是一個解釋宇宙如何滅亡的過程，是由宇宙暴脹延伸而來的。其引用宇宙暴脹認為，宇宙是從一團熾熱的火球膨脹而成的，並到目前為止都還在膨脹；但若產生夠大的重力就會使宇宙停止膨脹以至收縮，回復到宇宙剛誕生時的熾熱狀態
