Horálek/ESO) http://www.ss.ncu.edu.tw/~lyu/lecture_files/IntroSpace_notes_exam/Sprite.html 紅色精靈—高空閃電 「紅色精靈」（RedSprites），是由「雲頂」向「中氣層」放電的一種現象。「中氣層」所涵蓋的範圍約在高度五十到九十公里這段區域。「紅色精靈」的結構上可至少分為兩部分，發生在「中氣層」區域內的放電顏色以紅色為主，而位在「平流層」區域內的放電顏色則以藍色為主，略帶紅色。「紅色精靈」平均閃電時間約二十毫秒（20ms） |
