ZTF0Nf7  彗星  C/2022 E3 (ZTF)

ZTF0Nf7 could be interesting. Not so sure about that naked eye visibility yet though, but for now I'm getting a very promising mag. ~5.5 at closest approach (~0.34 AU from earth). Early brightness estimates could go both ways later on, though.

q = 1.11 ± 0.01 au @ 2023-01-12 ± 2 days
e = 0.9992 ± 0.0073 ; i = 109.2 ± 0.3°
E-MOID = 0.22 au ; J-MOID = 1.73 au ; Saturn-MOID = 0.81 au
Current V = 17.1
It will be 0.28 ± 0.06 au away from the Earth on 2023-02-01 ± 3 days

Seems like the @ztfsurvey
 has found a nice comet for us Northerners for January 2023. ZTF0Nf7 looks like it will have its perigee around perihelion at convenient elongations. Magnitude very uncertain, maybe 6-8 mag? The comet has not yet been announced.

這顆彗星會在明年1月13日(香港時間)7時18分過近日點,稍後在2月2日3時36分過近地點。屆時綜合光度可能到達5.5等。
