SEESTAR   星圖比對與 WCS 解算

為什麼主流智能望遠鏡沒有「變焦」功能?

大多數智能望遠鏡,例如 Unistellar 的 eVscope 系列和 ZWO 的 Seestar 系列,都是固定焦距的設計。這種設計有其優勢:
1. 光學性能最佳化: 固定焦距的望遠鏡光學設計可以針對一個特定的焦距進行最佳化,確保在整個感測器上的成像品質、像差(aberration)控制和光學性能達到最高水準。
2. 結構簡化: 變焦系統需要多組可移動的鏡片,這會增加光學路徑的複雜性、成本,並可能引入更多像差。對於追求輕巧便攜和操作簡單的智能望遠鏡來說,固定焦距是更理想的選擇。
3. 簡化自動對焦: 智能望遠鏡通常具備自動對焦功能。如果焦距可變,自動對焦系統的設計將變得更加複雜。


現有的「可變 FOV」解決方案
1.影像拼接(Mosaic Imaging)
2. 減焦鏡或增倍鏡
3. 數位變焦(Digital Zoom)

為何沒有真正的光學變焦智能望遠鏡?

雖然技術上可能實現,但將光學變焦加入智能望遠鏡會增加許多設計上的挑戰,例如:
